Technology Integration Agreement Enables Broadband Service

a co-marketing and technology integration agreement. According to the agreement,
S21 will integrate its highly scalable streaming media software technology for
AIS’ Trilligent™ Cluster server platform.
Many of S21’s clients require a complete broadband streaming solution. This
bundled solution, distributed through systems integrators, will enable web broadcasting
and video-on-demand (VOD) providers to deliver, secure and monetize broadcast
quality video and audio over the Internet. S21 takes full advantage of Avid’s
turnkey approach, leveraging the Trilligent ClusterŐs high-speed fibre channel
storage area network and specialized file system with its own broadband streaming
software. The resulting combination is a complete, highly scalable, CODEC-independent
(including MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4) bundled solution, offering clients unrivaled
price/performance, faster ROI, and an immediate time-to market.

The bundled solution is expected to be available through systems integrators
